The Foundations of Health
Nutrient-dense Diet
Whole, thoughtfully prepared foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.
Fatty Acids
Most fats are your friends. Healthy fats are required for stable energy, optimal brain function, hormone balance, and satiety.
Digestion
What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.
Mineral Balance
Minerals are the body’s spark plugs. They help build bones and lend a helping hand in balancing hormones and many other key body processes.
Blood Sugar Regulation
From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health; blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.
Hydration
Water is the most important nutrient. It’s required for numerous body processes and makes up ≈60% of the body.
